To whom this method is not working for, please do as follows:
1. Completely removing all the current ProShow versions/editions from the system. I mean, clean uninstallations! You can do this by going to Start Menu > Settings > Apps (Windows 10) or Control Panel > Programs and Features (Windows 10 and other Windows editions), then search for and uninstall the program from the list.
2. After performing the above step, make sure they don't leave any Windows registry keys related to the ProShow software on your system. To achieve this, use Registry Editor on your Windows. Please note that you need to be really exact when using this dangerous tool if you don't wish your system to be at risk!
From Start Menu > search and open Registry Editor, then go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER > Software (Again, please follow this exact path!)
Now, look for the folder called "Photodex" (or anything related) under the "Software" folder, then right-click and choose *Delete*. This folder contains all the Photodex editions' sub-folders and keys that you have installed on your PC.
3. Now, restart your PC. Then, try following my video tutorial carefully again.

Good morning! I have an original software Proshow Producer but it doesn’t work because it connects to the website, website doesn’t exist and my software results as a copy not regular. I cannot work with, have you any suggestions?
