Everytime you go to a chinese restaurant or order a takeaway to your door, these prawn crackers are a must with every order. We like how crunchy they are and the flavour keeps us coming back for more. As chinese food is not exactly the healthiest, avoiding takeaway food seems like the only solution.
What I decided to do is visit our local asian supermarket and buy some prawn crackers in there dried form to cook from home and in this video I will be showing you how to cook them!

Your pan is small and the oil is not hot enough.. Use a little deep pan or wok to fried them. Use a sieve to pick up the prawns crackers so the oil could drip out😅
Mate idk u getting hate lol my local Chinese ran out of crackers tonight and I have the disks as a back up, just needed a reminder of how to do them so this helped a lot aha
